Terms of Service

By purchasing a product from my store, you agree to these terms of service.

 

❀ Buyers are responsible for any customs/duty/VAT fees that may occur upon placing an order. 

❀ Buyers are responsible for informing me of any address updates/changes. I am not responsible for refunding/replacing an order if a buyer submits their address or name incorrectly. If a buyer supplies a fake name and the package is sent back or lost, it is not my responsibility to refund or resend the package. In the event that an order is returned to me due to an error on the buyer's part, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any additional shipping charges.

❀ I take full responsibility for any errors made on my part. If a product is damaged or missing from your order, contact me with photos and it will be replaced/refunded. Do not contact me before peeling off the plastic film on your acrylic goods. And before you say yours doesn't have a film, trust me, 99.9% of the time there is. You can do it. I believe in you. Damaged goods may need to be sent back for an exchange depending on the severity of damage.

❀  I do not accept cancellations of preordered goods after the preorder period ends. It must be cancelled prior to the cut-off date. You cannot cancel a non-preorder purchase once the item has shipped.

❀  Buyers have up to 30 calendar days (domestic) and 90 calendar days (international) after the estimated or actual delivery date of the package to report a missing package or issue with their order. After this timeframe passes, I am no longer responsible for processing any refunds or replacements.

❀ As of May 2021, I can no longer issue replacements for lost or stolen goods once in the possession of the postal system. Any orders placed after the above mentioned date are not eligible for reissues should the postal system fail to deliver the package. I will refund the goods amount to you. If you still want the product you will have to purchase it again (if still in stock). From my experience, the postal system has improved slightly since the disaster of 2020, but there are still cases once in a while where orders disappear into the void. Sometimes they're able to track them down after I file a missing mail request but other times there's just no luck. I highly recommend purchasing additional insurance like signed delivery, or priority mail shipping if you are concerned about USPS losing your order. I buy insurance for all shipments now so if your order is lost in transit please inform me so I can file a claim for it. Please keep in mind I am not Amazon, I am merely a small business artist just trying to share cute things and sometimes things are just out of my hands :')

❀ Contact me to upgrade to extra shipping services like priority mail, or signed delivery! You can also opt for Fedex or UPS, though it is much more pricey!
