- Where are you based?
The US, specifically Hawaiʻi. Shipping times may be affected due to this.
- Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
- How can I order a custom charm?
I offer custom charm commissions either before or during my fanmerch preorder period. For updates on my store/custom charm commissions please subscribe to my newsletter.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
If you've ordered a pre-order item, it will take between 1-2 months for me to have it manufactured AFTER the preorder period ends, then sent your way. If you've ordered an in stock item, it should take 3-5 business days for shipment.
- Can you combine shipping if I place multiple orders?
Yes I can but please EMAIL me with both order numbers otherwise I will likely forget/not notice.
- Help! I think my charm/standee has deep scratches!?
Please make sure you have peeled all the plastic protective films off the entire product before contacting for damaged products. Most epoxy acrylic products will have minor unnoticeable marks on the epoxy side. If the product still appears severely damaged after peeling films please send proper photos to my email and I will provide a replacement or refund as necessary. You may need to send the product back depending on the severity of the damage for an exchange.
- I missed out on preorders :( Will you ever restock?
I often do not restock products although after preorders are shipped I will re-list the product with the extra copies. After the extras are sold I usually retire the product. It is unlikely for me to reopen preorders for products that are seasonal (holiday themed). If I receive enough positive feedback for a collection I will re-open preorders for it.
